I ordered 9 tacos and when I got home I only had 5 in my bag. I live 35 minutes away and didn’t even notice there was missing tacos until I had got home. I tried calling and when I did they wouldn’t answer instead they let the phone ring until it automatically hung up. I went back the next day and told them what had happened just so they could be more careful with peoples orders, but instead of being professional and apologizing I was approached with attitude and disrespect. The lady told me that I couldn’t get a refund even if I had the receipt because I was a day late even when I tried to explain my situation it was quickly shut down, so basically this place will tell you to your face that they’re robbing you and there’s nothing you can do about it. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted them to know, so that when I did place a order that day they wouldn’t mess it up AGAIN. Food is good, but as much as they charge they should definitely be more professional and understanding. If you’re looking to get half your order and robbed this is the place I recommend.
