Awful service. Ordered coffee and donuts. The coffee came out after almost ten minutes. Had to ask for our donuts five minutes after that. They didn’t have part of our order and hadn’t bothered telling us till then. Several orders were taken care of in the time we were waiting. Best we can figure is they got to what they were missing in ours and just stopped working on it. We finally demanded a refund and went somewhere else. They tried telling us they were short staffed instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem. Won’t be going back.

We tried to give this location 3 tries before coming to a conclusion that it’s just a poorly run Dunkin. The food more-often-than-not comes out cold. The drinks are either incorrectly portioned or aren’t made correctly. The staff are overworked and don’t communicate. Wait time is high. Thumbs down.
