I usually go there once a week on Fridays, last night I pre-ordered over the phone and when I got to the drive thru there was one car in front of me at the window. 20 minutes later, I couldn’t get out of line because by then the cars were lined up in front of me. When I got to the window after 25 minute wait I asked what the issue was and the girl said the lady was waiting for her pizza. They shouldn’t let ppl order a specialty pizza and hold up the drive thru. If it’s not ready ask them to pull forward and wait so the rest of ppl can go thru. They held up the drive thru for 25 minutes for one person’s order. I would of left if I could have but there’s no way to get out of line.

Went through drive thru girl asked what can I get you I said I need just a minute she says thanks for the order go to next window I said once again I need just a minute so after waiting a good few minutes not getting anything through speaker we pull forward get to window girl asks what we ordered I told her what happened & that we didn’t order she said what did you order in a rude way so I just told her what I was going to order got the price payed and waited a good while for a sloppy pizza with 2 others that most of toppings was only in middle of pizza one… We watched several others while waiting had to get out of line and go in just to get service or just left because it was taking so long

The food here is exactly as displayed on their menu with one exception: They have a tendency of placing all of the toppings in an inner circle of the pizza instead of being spread around. Nearer the edge of the crust may as well be another ring of crust as it only has a thin layer of cheese. The taste of the pizza is great and the service was quick and easy.

Mess my order up every time bar none the pizza had almost no sauce even adding extra did no good at all. They fill the marinara up less then half full every time and the extra sauce you pay for never comes with it. The people are rude and not inviting at all. Sad but choose other then the paragould location of you want good pizza.
