Came in thanks to a great coupon: buy 2 drinks and get 1 main dish free. Friendly service walking in and upon leaving. Had a little wait, but love the orange chicken. The cabbage was a little raw, could be a little more sauteed, but overall solid taste if you want simple rice bowl fast food style.

Definitely a staple in my lunch circuit. For cleaner eating I go for the teriyaki chicken breast with steamed veggies which is great, but the regular teriyaki chicken with the dark meat is delicious!

So this is a recent loss of stars in my opinion. I love this place. Or used to. Recently they switched the meat they use in the steak bowl and it has not done them any favors. In fact, I don’t like it at all. This place went from one of my favorite restaurants to not even on my list at all. I won’t order here anymore. Not sure why they changed up the ingredients, maybe to cut costs but I don’t think it is going to prove helpful. It’s really a major game changer and lowers the level of the food quality significantly. I wish I had better things to say.

I got the spicy orange chicken with white rice. There was so much sauce on it that that was all I could taste- couldn’t taste chicken, rice, or vegetables. When I ate a veggie by itself it didn’t taste right- I think they put something on it. (I got them on the side) After 3 bites I threw it all away. Was the first time having teriyaki madness so I thought I’d give the chain another chance. Went to one closer to my home. Ordered everything separate. They wanted to charge me $20 for an $11 bowl. So my dinner would have cost me $30 cuz I already bought one n trashed it. I will NEVER eat at any teriyaki madness again.

Be EXTRA careful who (where) you get transferred to with your order. I went to pick mine up at my regular spot, waited in line and found out like an idiot, my food was prepared and waiting at some other cross town location. Great customer relations. It sure makes deciding where to eat again very easy – NEVER HERE.
