This place is getting worse every time I go there. If I ask for a coffee usually they have it but it is wrong. Every time I ask for a bagel or something to be cooked after 5 they told me that they are not cooking anything cooking anything so therefore I end up getting nothing .

Worst service ever. Went through the drive thru and the guy kept yelling “anything else anything else” real loud while I tried to complete my order which made me feel like he was rushing me. I get my sandwich and leave just to find out it was the wrong order. I got back and ask them to fix it and the young female stated they had no more regular bagels. I then asked to speak to the manager. The cashier goes to the back 4 time over a 7 min period just to come.out the last time and tell me the manager was on the phone. I take their number down and call the store right outside as I’m pulling off just for them to tell me the Manger was gone

The supervisor or manager was very obnoxious, ignoring me the customer after coming from the back of the store to chastise an employee, telling him to take off his headset several times and given him a mouthful about how to handle the customers in the drive thru. Meanwhile, me and another customer were standing at the counter inside the store and had to wait a very long time to be served. When I finally was serviced I was asked to cone to the drive thru counter, had to wait some more while her and the young man behind the counter continued to wait on the customers in the drive thru. The young man finally asked me what I would like, I told him a hot coffee and a hash brown he got my coffee right away then went back to filling the drive thru orders. After waiting a good amount of time I asked the lady if I could pay for the coffee and forget the hash browns because they should have been done by then and they were not even started. She took my payment then proceeded to tell me there shouldn’t be just those two and a whole bunch of other stuff that I didn’t need to hear.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would use it! Got my order for 12 donuts wrong the 1st time, I brought it back to be corrected and didn’t double check again (knowing they must have corrected the mistake) only for me to get to work and see the horror they had packed in the box. When I came back to express my distress, the manager (who doesn’t seem to understand English properly) was extremely rude! I will have to hang my DD boots and move on to Krispy kreme, thanks to this incompetent bunch!
