People working here were CLUELESS! Allowed a huge line to develop while they walked away from the register. Allowed a random man to walk behind counter and get himself a soda from the fountain, even though there was one out by the patrons. Had to fight to get the pizza I was waiting for because the lady almost gave it to another customer. I love Ricky’s, but wisconsin rapids is BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had. FIRE THEM ALL!

Person taking our order was not diligent in taking our order correctly. When food came out we were missing a full pizza on our order. We received only a slice. When we reordered our pizza it took over an hour to come to our table. Alot of unexperience personal working and talking alot instead of working.
