Madhouse mayhem
Sign on entrance of building says go to drive through window for carryout orders due to indoor renovations.I go to the window and knock on it and no one comes to the window so I wait and wait in the heat until a car drives up to the window for their order so I move out of the way and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and an employee comes up and tries to explain the sign to me like I’m stupid and can’t read and tells me to go to the window someone’s currently waiting at in their car with their window open. I guess I should have just made the car wait but it just kinda sucks atm, getting pizza is supposed to be easy for everyone. Wish they’d pay a little more attention I guess, idk. Other than that the customer service and food are usually super good.

They need to stop using delivery companies and go back to hiring their own drivers… Door Dash takes no pride in honoring their commitment to delivery the food on time… They have excuse after excuse as to why it was wrong, late, etc and Pizza Hut will just tell you, “you’ll be to call Door Dash to complain”… Theirs no responsibility taken

The pizza was terrible service was unfriendly. You even have to pay for pepper packs and cheese packs. That’s crazy. I’m ol school and ain’t going back ever again. If there would be a way to to give them a minus 100 I would.

Ordered over $100 in pizza . 3 of them were not only cold but look like they have been there for a while . Should have been hand tossed but instead got thin and crispy, when I called about it the rude manager who answered just kept offering to bring me a receipt. That would only show what they made, not what I ordered! Next time I order pizza it will definitely be from a place that specializes in it. Certainly not pizza hut! Apparently their standards have went to hell.
