Placed a order over the phone they told me 20 mins. When I arrived I had to wait a additional 30 min. Before the manager put my food in the bag the manager asked did I want lemon pepper on my fries & wings. I replied yes. there was no lemon pepper on either. The chicken was over cooked. If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. The chicken tasted like they reheated left over chicken. Don’t even waste your money on this place

If I could give 0 stars I would for this location! The front counter lady and manager are a joke and I normally wouldn’t do this but it’s been not 1 not 2 but the last 4 times here it’s takes 3 hrs for me to get my damn food then it’s cold and gross not worth it u try and call and talk to a manager she’s rude as hell and then wants to argue with you and not let you talk and talk over you pathetic never again drive to a different location then I get home and the WHOLE order is wrong again for the 4th time these people are incompetent and obviously don’t want nor knows how to work! Shameful get new management and workers do better!

Everyone is always unprofessional. You order your food ahead of time and it says its ready, so you go up there and they always can’t seem to figure out where your order went. This doesn’t happen once or twice either. Every single time anyone places an order here. It’s just not even worth it for me to order anything from here again. Corporate needs to come in and clean house.

We went inside to order, waited over 40 minutes for our order, they finally called our order, we got home, opened the container and it was all wrong, I called the store to let them know and she told me that she was given the wrong ticket and gave us the wrong order, I told her we were far from there and we should get a refund or credit, she was very rude on the phone and told me that the only way to fix it is for us to return the food and they would give us the correct order. Would have they sold or give that order to someone else??? If that is their policy be aware of what you get!!

Just look at this chicken after waiting over 30 mins for this. Would you eat this? No one in their right mind would. The person who put the chicken in the container should be fired. The chicken had so many feathers on it, it was ridiculous! The only thing the manager could do was apologize and provide me a refund. Captain Jay’s should be ashamed that they served something that poor in quality.

The taste of things have definitely changed here for one. The hush puppies were hard. Our fries and fish had no Lemon pepper seasoning on them. I paid a dollar for the hot sauce and the hot sauce didn’t even have an oz in the cups. Not sure if this location is under new management or just has new cooks but things need to be seasoned and if a customer is paying for sauce they should be getting more than a dash.

Literally waited for almost 45 mins in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me for our food. Then they didn’t even give us all our food so I had to pull around and wait another 20 mins. First and last time we will eat here. Should have just left but because it’s good Friday, we decided on fish for dinner

Brought 10 piece whole wings and 4 fillets today, waited 45 minutes in Drive-thru to get soggy undercooked food. The chicken was so soggy with grease that the breading was falling off the chicken and fish. I have to try to refry the chicken in order to make it edible. This location needs to do better. Customers should not have to wait 45 minutes for trash food!
