We came late on a Monday night. The place was nearly empty and I counted 6 people working. It took 27 minutes to receive a small blizzard. All but one seemed strung out and unable to carry out simple tasks. Would avoid as this is definitely not fast food.

This Dairy Queen location was very clean – freshly mopped floors and spotless bathrooms – which was refreshing on our road trip. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful the entirety of our visit. Our family of five left happy!

I AM EXTREMELY ANGERED!!!!! I went to this Dairy Queen with myself and my family, and we recieved TERRIBLE service from our cashier. !!! I am ENRAGED that our cashier was this rude to someone who was just trying to get a nice meal for their family. It is UNJUST!!!! This cashier was not only rude to me, but the people in front of me aswell!! This woman had the AUDACITY to slam the sliding door in the face of me and the people in front of me MID CONVERSATION!!!! . This is completely enraging and should be handled immediately. If this is how this companies cashiers always are, they will NEVER be recieving my service again!!! I did not catch the woman’s name, but she was an older, heavier set lady, with blonde hair. I would like action to be taken immediately!!!

Went on vacation in Orange Beach for the week multiple ice cream places in town I could go to but I decided to go to Dairy Queen cuz I usually have a good experience and is right across the street from the hotel. This time I went through the drive-thru I had one car in front of me after they went I went to where you order and I just sat there and no one said hold on a minute or nothing eventually they got to me don’t know I was there for some time waiting. After they got with me to take my order I ordered a large blizzard and an ice cream cone. The lady handed me the ice cream cone and then tried to hand me the blizzard it was not served upside down. I asked the lady I said aren’t those supposed to be served upside down she snapped at me and said it is runny and melting and slammed the door on me. I sat there for a moment but she never came back to the door. And just like she said my blizzard was very runny almost like slurping it or having to drink it. The lady’s name is Alexis that was at the window. Very disappointed with the Dairy Queen here in Orange Beach.
