I arrived in Hartford Connecticut 2 weeks ago and it was my time at taco bell. the first time they didn’t have Iced tea Mango and the second time neither. This is my 3rd time and they don’t have any, I asked the employee why they don’t have any and she told me that they didn’t have any. The box to pay doesn’t work either. you have to do the order yourself. Disappointed with the service in such a prestigious fast food chain. bad service

Went there at about 4:45pm; tried to order LJS and they said they weren’t serving it at this time. No where anywhere does it say it’s sold at specific times at the location, online, or anything. Now looking at other reviews I can see this place is a joke.

HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT! I WAS TRYING TO CALLLLL TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION. THE PERSON KEPT PICKING UP THE PHONE AND HANGING UP! I KEPT CALLING BACK AND SOMEONE ON THE PHONE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO “GET A JOB AND STOP CALLING” . UNACCEPTABLE AS A WORKER! AND TO TELL SOMEONE TO GET A JOB WHILE YOURE WORKING IN FAST FOOD IS HILARIOUS. DO BETTER WITH THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOURE HIRING AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. ITLL EITHER MAKE OR BREAK YOUR BUSINESS. The food was pretty good haven’t had it years how ever I went through the drive thru placed 2 orders and was told to pull around the front and my fools will be sent out to me so I do so and 10 minutes go by then 20 minutes go by so I go inside to see what was going on I didn’t think I ordered that much food… Come to find out they forgot to fill my order which took them all about 5 minutes to get to me once inside but it’s all good because they refunded me my money 21.00 and some change so I have some pretty decent food for free I’d definitely go back I’ll probably go inside though lol…. Oh yeah it’s combined with a Taco Bell and even though the website says there’s a 5.00 box they do not have one at this location

Went to Taco Bell and they also have a Long John Silver. The food was great! Choices for everybody whether you want fish & chips or taco bell u order at the same cashier they just cook on opposite sides.
