It’s an absolute blast of a time here. Getting to play video games while being served delicious food and incredible cocktails was a super fun way to spend an evening with friends. The only downside and it’s not their fault, is the parking out back is not for the restaurant patrons. But there is on street parking or you can park at the museum too.

Super fun! As part of a Rochester vacation, we started the day off with the Museum and Science Center, then the Strong Museum of Play, and ended at Nerdvana to rest our feet! This was convenient as the Strong museum is right across the street. We parked over at the Hampton Inn and walked across the street to Nerdvana.

Nerdvana has been on our to-do list ever since it opened! A place to enjoy video games on various consoles with food and drinks?! Yes, please! My partner & I chose the PS5 sections of the restaurant and ordered lavender ciders with our meal. Both entrées were delicious, and we actually ordered dessert. Which we never do, but the menu had some great choices to choose from, so how could we resist! The only downside was the smell of pot as we were leaving. I think we would come back here again, just maybe during the day, to see if the company would be any different.

Very first time here at Nerdvana and I must sayyyyy Norell is the best chef ever I can’t believe how insanely good that beef stroganoff was and also the coconut shrimp! What a fantastic and fun experience and for it to be a part of Rochester makes me even more excited. A huge thanks to all the staff seriously I am super impressed and grateful for how amazing the food was I couldn’t stop bragging! Also, Barbie great service you’re such a great personality and genuine which we appreciated so much! Wow this place was so ridiculously cool! Each booth has a built in tv that you can play video games on! We got to play mario kart, super smash and a ton of other games all while having a meal. My boyfriend and I both ordered the parmethea sandwich (he’s a copy cat). It was fantastic! Just like a chicken parm but with different bread. I love that they give a marinara dipping sauce with it. What an amazing experience! My only complaint would be about our server. Forgot to bring drinks and refills all throughout our time here, and then on top of that, she tried to charge us for drinks we didn’t even order! She definitely seemed like she was on something…

A really wonderful place to hang out and eat! I’ve tried a few of their plates so far and each one has been unique and delicious. The staff are friendly, understanding, and help with your gaming needs. The mocktails, especially the rupee red, are great if you want a non alcoholic drink! The choices of games are great too. Highly recommend stopping by, just remember you need a guardian for anyone under 18.

This place OWNS! I loved my experience at Nerdvana! What an amazing addition to our city! I loved the expansive game library, of both the board and video variety, as well as the long drink menu! Everyone I spoke to was kind, especially our talented (and artistic) waitress! I will definitely be back because I was so impressed.

The food tasted amazing, the environment was great, and the staff was excellent. We brought our own board game with us and they showed genuine interest. They were always checking in and getting us refills quickly. Food came out quickly and tasted great. Overall the experience was great and we are looking forward to the next time we are up there and can visit again.
