Growing up in a Thai household, we were taught to appreciate the balance of flavors and the use of fresh ingredients in our cooking. Our menu features an array of dishes that combine Thai spices and flavors with other cuisines. It can be hard to find good Thai food in Tampa. Paul’s Fusion Kitchen exceeded my expectations. The spring rolls, pad Thai and the sweet and sour grouper were all amazing. The pad Thai tasted healthy and fresh, unlike a lot of places where it’s drenched in sodium. The service was wonderful and the restaurant is modern and clean. I encourage everyone to go support this family owned business!

Top notch place. We wanted to get lunch before heading to the airport. Initially wanted to stop by the Oxford restaurant and the wait was 1.5 to 2 hrs and no reservations. Sucks. We search for near by restaurant and so happy we did.

We had no idea what to expect when we walked in. There are so many mediocre Thai restaurants in South Tampa so our hopes weren’t high. That’s what made it even better, this place is great. The food wasn’t over sauced and we loved all three dishes we tried. It is rare to get spring rolls that are gluten free and these tasted amazing. We loved our chicken pad thai and our shrimp pad thai. There were other dishes on the menu that we can’t wait to try next. Hopefully everyone supports a great new restaurant and keeps them around for a long time!

Paul’s Fusion Kitchen is absolutely delicious! The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. I’ve been there for lunch, dinner and take out and always had top notch service and wonderful food! Nee and Paul (owners) even fill special requests with beautiful curry chicken salad and salmon Caesar salads for a luncheon. Put this wonderful restaurant on your go to list, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a lovely lunch at Paul’s Fusion Kitchen, the restaurant is beautiful, very modern, clean, decorated with taste and the food is delicious! The service was also excellent and we enjoyed our lunch there. As a French person, I had to try their French onion soup and I was not disappointed, loved it! We have been looking for a Thai restaurant in Tampa and finally seen this one open up. We decided to give it a go. The aesthetics of this place is beyond amazing, never would I thought this beauty was in the inside of this place. The food and service was top tier. Piya served us and explained every dish to us and we wanted to try them all lol. You can definitely tell they really putting in a lot of effort on making your first visit great experience and I appreciate them for that. You must try the Thai tea! Will eat here again.

This really is a hidden gem! We were looking for a place to go on a last-minute date night and it didn’t disappoint. We got the crab fried rice, red curry duck, and grouper – all amazing! The staff was very attentive and kind and made sure we had a great experience. Will definitely be back!
