Everything was amazing. The service (provided by Lisa T.) was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is “fun diner” – the dining room was clean, the bathroom was clean and well stocked, and what was visible of the back prep area was clean and organized.

Such a colorful fun spot with kitschy decor you’d find at antique shops. Great for an all-day brunch for the whole family. A lot of comfort food options like chicken and waffles, French toast and waffles. Excellent drink menu with mimosas, bloodies and spiked coffees. First time at this location but have been long-time customer of the Burlington and Danvers locations. Take advantage of the virtual waitlist on busy weekends if you can especially if you have a larger group.

Service and atmosphere is usually great, we live down the street and come often. However, the quality of the kitchen has gone way downhill recently. For the first time in my life, I had to send back my food, and the replacement was almost worse. Probably won’t be back to this location after today’s experience..so disappointing

Service has been ABYSMAL lately. July 4 we did pick up at NA location, understandably the order took forever. But when we picked it up , they got it wrong and forgot the fries with one of the plates. Whatever. Today we tried to get a table at the Burlington location and after trying to reserve it on Yelp and being denied, we called and were told we can’t because it’s 10-15 minutes. Well when we got there 15 minutes later, there was 27 parties ahead that reserved a table and we had to wait an hour. Food quality is good, service and staff are either over worked or lazy as hell. Either way I’ve wasted more than enough gas and money on over priced mid brunch.

Food took forever and when it finally came it was prepared incorrectly, the omelette was the worst I’ve ever seen… cheese not even melted, only one piece of wilted spinach and they forgot the home fries. We were told kitchen was backed up…. Maybe stop cramming people in and focus on quality over quantity. Just bad.

First and last time coming to this place. I didn’t like the service at all. My husband and I sat at the bar and I didn’t like how there was a lot of sarcasm with the service that I didn’t really appreciate. Food was not that good. I am a french toast lover and I didn’t like the ones from here. The soda dispenser broke and it took 3 servers to make the drink and find out what really happened. At one point server asked if we needed something else and we said no as we didn’t in that moment but like 5 minutes after my husband asked the server yes we need more napkins and server responded “oh so you needed something”. The tacos were bad didn’t taste that great.

Enjoyed a great brunch, had the bloody flight, good but spicy. Chicken and waffles were great and the salmon Benedict was also delicious. Very busy on weekend, recommend using Yelp to put your name on them list.
