Came in on Monday night, July 17th and we sat for 15 minutes while waiters and server walked past us consistently without a hello, be with you in a minute, etc. Nothing. Finally just walked out and went to the ‘The Hanger’ where we were seated immediately and waited upon.

Unfortunately, I was unable to experience this establishment. I arrived with my party on St. Patrick’s day to get food and drinks to start the night (as this was the “number one spot” in Juneau). We stood there waiting for a table for 10-15 minutes with no explanation from the passing servers and hosts. At the opportunity we chose a clean and empty booth (as there were several empty table). I observed several people waiting to pay so they could leave, they had been waiting for 15-30 minutes before they were able to submit payment. Once the servers saw we had sat ourselves, they proceeded to complain and whine that they were short staffed instead of offering an apology or excuse as to why we were doing their jobs. After all the things I observed, we left as to not get trapped there half the night and lose out on other bars. The bar setting was nice and clean. The only perk they had going for them.

The food was okay. It’s kind of hit or miss here. Sometimes the food is absolutely wonderful and sometimes the food is mediocre at best. On this particular day it was me and for friends and for the winter season it was kind of busy. All the tables had someone sitting at them in the bar was full. Our food was hot and not too bad. The atmosphere was friendly and open. The menu selection is good.
