We went to this drive through at 11:57 pm and the person at the cashier was smacking his lips while my husband was trying to order his food after a long flight. My husband only took 2 mins deciding his drink and the cashier stated, ‘oh my god, sir, you taking too long‘. My husband told him, let me speak with your manager and he asked my husband if he really wanted to do that. When we pulled up to the window, the manager was already at the window saying that she apologize and she already spoke with the employee. As my husband told her that was very rude, the kid ‘cashier’ was behind her saying inappropriate things while she tries to hold him back. I told her that even the way his acting right now is not appropriate as an employee and she apologizes again stating that’s her son and that his just a kid. The kid also starting threatening my husband to come out the corner. I told the manager (his mom) that it does not matter if he is your son, he is still your employee and he should apologize for his poor manners and she said that she is apologizing for him and if we wanted our meal or not. Never experience no drive through like that since I moved to Vegas in 7 yrs and certain my husband whose lived here for 20 yrs. We just moved to this area and we are very unfortunate to have experienced this.
