Higher than average prices, good food, small portions, average service. I ordered my eggs over hard, and they were well done (brown and crispy ), I ordered rye toast and was served cold sourdough. My steak was cooked perfectly. I emptied my coffee twice. There were three other tables, so I could not find a reason for the average service. I will not be coming back.

Best food around. The staff is amazing, huge portions and the fresh homemade doughnuts that they bring around are that special added little touch as well as the owner who is always there chit chatting with everyone. Even if knew they treat you like you’ve been coming there for years.

When I walked in, I felt like I’d taken a step back in time 40 years to my youth. I was greeted with 3 very pleasant “Good mornings” by 2 of the staff & another fellow whom I learned later was the owner. This place reminded me of an old breakfast place my grandparents took me to when we’d go on vacation to see family. Places like this are a dying breed in a world of fast food & the general rush that life has become. Clark’s is a small restaurant but that only adds to the experience. The food I ordered was fantastic & well worth the price I paid. As I sat there enjoying my food other patrons walked in. Some were regulars & were greeted by name, others weren’t but they were treated like they were. I miss places like this. Check them out. You’ll be glad you did.

The food was okay. The service was friendly, but my family of 4 literally watched as 2-3 people who arrived after us, get their food before us. It was frustrating as the kids are 2 and 5 and I am 9 months pregnant. I’m not sure if they were prioritizing locals or why this happened but we will not eat there again. We waited over an hour for simple meals.

Friendly staff, locals restaurant. The breakfast ave coffee were delicious. My beautiful wife had cinnamon bun french toast and almost went into a sugar coma of yum. Been back ia second time already it was so good.
