The place is in a food hall so it’s a short walk to locate it. Ordering and customer service was easy and great. Food didn’t take long and tasted like authentic ramen. I went to Japan two months ago and the Raman was similar. Kudos will return. Seating was for any food you have gotten from any where do seating wasn’t a problem. Inside or outside and even on the roof.

Not gonna lie. I was skeptical about getting ramen to go but it was late and I had a craving. I’m glad I got it from Ramen by Uzu. The broth has a great flavor and you can put in the fixings you so desire. The noodles and broth came in separate containers and there were even instructions for reheating. I couldn’t select the option for eggless noodles online but I made a note in the comments and they gave me the right ones! I would definitely order from here again. It may be “to go” but is restaurant quality.

Cute little Ramen stall with friendly service and some tasty options. I felt the flavors were authentic Japanese and the broth was delicious. I think my noodles may have been slightly undercooked but not enough to ruin my meal. Reasonably priced option for a quick bite at union market… I would try again.

Good ramen hands down! The bone broth is rich with flavor and the pork was tender yet delicious. Amazing flavor profile all around.

Order your beverage where ever straws are sold if you prefer it. They don’t have straws, nor do the other restaurants, give you straws without a purchase. Just order your soup and get your drink somewhere else. Not worth the hassle. Honestly, I probably could’ve ordered the soup somewhere else too. Somewhere they have straw with their six dollar beverages.

I love this place. This is a top 3 ramen I have ever had. My favorite is the shoyu ramen and sub the pork loin for chicken. The staff are very friendly and everything will be ready within a reasonable time. The chicken is cooked perfectly. It’s very moist, soft & flavorful. The noodles are always cooked to perfection as well. I love to come about once a week or two. Only downside is the price point, $17 for one bowl. But worth it.

Worst ramen I have ever had and I eat A LOT of authentic ramen. Everything tasted off the chicken, broth, vegetables, and the egg was basically almost completely raw. My stomach hurts now.
