Ordered seasoned fries with a Lota Burger order. It is on receipt but not in the bag. No phone number to call. We departed for our destination in Cedar Crest before discovering the error. Pretty poor service.

The Pina colada shake is AMAZING! The food is great and the service is amazing. I ordered the new Lotta dog without the meat chili and got grilled onions and green Chile instead- so good! I think the team is doing great! People can be mean in food service, but they always serve me with a smile.

Ordered online it said 18 minutes. Showed up and was told to park as the order wasn’t ready. No vehicle info taken or questions asked about what spot I would be in. After waiting about 10 extra minutes, I went to the window. I stood there for two more minutes. I asked the employee when he finally came to the window how much longer it would be? He said I don’t know I haven’t even looked at that order yet and dismissed me. When he came out to the car I tried to tell him, dismissing someone and telling them I don’t know even though they are busy probably isn’t the best answer. He then argued with me and said asking how much longer it was going to be probably wasn’t a good question to ask. They had 3 other cars in the parking lot besides mine. This employee then stared me down as he walked all the way back into the restaurant. If this is how Blake’s does business and how their managers let their staff treat people, then I guess I understand all the complaints. Don’t waste your time on this location.

Fast and friendly with great food. Online app easy to use. Shake machine is always ready, even in the morning. It’s express so only pickup or drive thru. If you use the app you get points.
