There is no reason this place shouldn’t be a 5 star. The food is amazing, the staff is courteous, and it’s very clean. We left the other location on Mitchell Hammock and made the drive here. The other location is sad, staff looks homeless and food looks dirty.

I placed an order with them online. Tried to simply have Guac removed from my order since I am allergic. There was no option online. I tried calling them multiple times and they never answered. I had to cancel the order and they still charged me 5 minutes after making the order.

Do not go to this Moe’s! They charge $15.50 for every item. The moes by my house charges $10 as the most expensive item, the stack. Probably why they are always empty.

Paid $2 extra for there to be NO STEAK in my burrito…???? $15 for rice, beans, and their “free veggies” in a tortilla. Only redeeming quality is the queso. Not worth it

I came today for the grand opening and they were giving away free burritos and queso! Everyone was so ecstatic and helpful! The burrito is OK not my favorite but it’s typical Moe’s. The interior is really nicely designed and clean. The Queso is DELICIOUS.

Ordered from grub hub tonight. Called the store to ask about an item and Jorge, the GM, was amazing! They forgot our Queso orders but Jorge was honest and wonderful about that too. We will definitely order again as well as dine there. Food is delicious as always!!!

Went with a big group from UCF. They were going to be closing soon but were very accommodating and helpful. I got the Stack with steak and it was excellent. Wonderful experience at this Moe’s!

I love Moe’s, however I will never eat at this one despite it being next door to me. It’s incredibly over priced. A burrito was like 13 or $14 plus steak was an extra $2 and the normal sized drink added like another $2-3. All in all, a burrito and drink was $19. It’s so rediculous it’s almost funny.

The dirtiest restaurant with the dirtiest line. The workers there don’t care. When I told them that they don’t clean they just laugh as if it were some joke. The manager was standing right there and saw how dirty the line was and said nothing. I wouldn’t stop here to use the restroom let alone eat. It has always been this dirty even after relocating. They need a whole new staff and manager at this location.

My overall Moe’s experience was a 10/10 and it was all because one of the workers Mitchell Caban. It wasn’t a very busy day so instead of just screwing around in the back while it’s slow like some workers Mitchell was very friendly toward me and helped me with my every need. We had a great conversation at the counter as he suggested what I should get since it was my first time. After I paid and was handed my meal I then sat down to eat inside. We continued to talk as I ate, he politely asked if he could come sit with me and I accepted. Overall he really improved my day and I will definitely be coming back again for the good food and good conversation.
