I ordered a side salad. When I got there my salad was in the heating oven bc someone thought it was chicken wings. Rather than make a new salad they scraped off the top and added fresh lettuce. Yuck! Make a new salad. I tipped you well. I work in the service industry as well and worked for Pizza Hut while in college. So not acceptable for service. $7.00 for this salad and we all know it’s not really fresh after being in a heater for some time. Do better

Ordered a pizza and wings online from the website. First off I am not impressed with just presuming that I should give a tip for placing an online order for pick up. Either way I included a small tip even though I felt I shouldn’t have. The pizza was a complete soggy sloppy mess. When I picked up a piece it just flopped straight down and the toppings all ran off back into the box. Oh well at least I ordered a 8 piece boneless wings but apparently they can’t count because they only gave me 7. Maybe they can use the tip to help pay for night school so the employees can learn how to count and cook!

I wish I could do no stars. It was he’ll my husband came up there and something was going on the called the cops and kicked everyone out as we paid 120 dollars I believe I called up there and the said after my food sat out for a hour I could pick up they where upset when I asked for Fresh food. The nightmanager was so rude it was unreal. After I come get the food my husband tell me it’s noto feed the kit’s because everyone was so upset I will be Corporate! They lost a great Customer because never again

Our pizzas were way over done. We ordered both with extra cheese for a cheesey – lift the piece cheese stringing experience. What we got was a overdone yucky cheese crust. One pizza was to have mushrooms and onions on half – more like 2 pieces. There were 6 people eating – everyone was anticipating a good pizza / one look and the faces dropped. People could barely eat one piece. Very disappointing

Have to give the staff on Friday night a huge thank you. Based on the back up at the pick up window and that my food was ready 30 minutes late sitting in the lobby and waiting they have at great staff. Everyone was communicating with each other with respect and calm voices. Joan was was awesome. She worked hard the whole time I waited. Answering phones, making boxes, cleaning constantly and training a new hire. While I was there the new hire called Joan over and said she made a mistake. All she said was mistakes happen and you will learn from it. Very supportive under a high stress time. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years and never seen such a professional staff under pressure. GREAT JOB TO THEM ALL.
