This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. No matter what I order, nothing is ever right or hood ! From still FROZEN hash browns, to burnt tasting tea, refresher, bacon barely cooked with a ton of fat. Chocolate sprinkled donut with literally ONE single sprinkle. Everything I get is disgusting here ! Not to mention the TWO times I had black mold in my ice, that I didn’t notice til I drank half of my drink. I had to report that for the manager to get them to clean out their ice box ! There’s a Dunkin down the road at 646 north ave if you want quality food and drinks that aren’t disgusting, burnt or uncooked !

I came into the store, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. 7~ minutes later, the employees looking at me, and ask “you good”. I say I’m waiting. Another 5 minutes go by, and we ask what’s taking so long. They look at us and say that we should have told them that we were waiting for our order. Even though I showed them receipt, it was our fault apparently. I have came here many times, the employees have not disappointed by just been unpleasant.

I was in the store today morning, ordered a coffee and asked for the restroom key and the staff said the restroom is out of order, I can understand it’s possible but what made me surprise is I saw a uniform officer used the restroom and kept the key next to the employee room, I didn’t understand the technology of that toilet which works for certain classes of people, hope management will give proper training to the staff to avoid discrimination

This is on of Dunkin’s very small store. It is Very narrow and long. It has entrance from two side of the long corridor with the cashier halfway in the corridor. Not a good layout for good customer experience.

When I asked for a chedder cheese bagel twist with cream cheese they were so lazy to cut my bagel and put cream cheese on it. I was told they dont do that. This is what I order at any dunkin. Dont understand what the problem was. They were all rude except for the lady who makes the sandwhiches. WHAT HAPPENED TO DUNKIN SAYING ” THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT”. I wasnt rude in anyway. So disappoint and its the only dunkin near my job. If you want to serve customers then dont work there.

Just went there and the doors were locked and the guy was moping the floors. They shut down and locked up early and unexceptable. Don’t put a time out that they can’t honor and inconvenience customers. Hopefully corporate knows and if it was allowed. Then a notice should have been sent out pr something. Ty.

Just used the rest room while I was waiting for my coffee. NO toliet paper but to top it off NO HAND SOAP to wash my hands. I inform the lady behind the counter and her reply was yeah I know. I said so none of the employees that are touching our food wash their hands with soap, that’s disgusting and her reply again was, yeah I know. Seriously with COVID and everything going around they think that’s ok? Never again will I go to this Dunkin donuts, gross
