What a wonderful experience with the most helpful staff! We visited this place on Saturday 4/1 around 7:15pm after a long day at six flags. I have 4 kids and the staff was patient with me while I got all of their orders in, they even pointed out some helpful things about the menu items. The bathrooms were clean and the establishment was a nice place to sit and wait for our food. I love the menu options with veggies for the kids and the prices are great! Then when we got our food, the staff was kind enough to point out which item was labeled “spicy” so my son wouldn’t accidentally eat it! They went above and beyond my expectations and we were so thrilled we stopped here.

i go to this el pollo loco around 2-3 times a week. i love this place because it’s very close to my house, is consistent, and i never have to wait very long for my chicken avocado burrito. the ladies at the drive thru are always kind and never seem annoyed when i get there right at opening or 30 minutes before they close. i just want to say that whoever made my burrito tonight, man they really hooked it up. absolutely bussing. thank you for feeding me.

Our favorite place to get chicken! Tender and delicious! They have great sides as well and churros are a great way to end dinner or lunch! They also have salads with avocado and chicken, I loved it! They also have chicken bowls and birria. I have not tasted the birria yet. Their salsas are amazing! I highly recommend the avocado salsa and corn tortillas are definitely my choice over the flour.

I have been coming here semi-frequently the past few months after a workout and I must say the customer service is great. So polite and always have a smile. The food is great as well! I am guilty of coming around 30 min before they close sometimes and still great service. I’ve had other restaurants lock their doors and refuse to take new orders the last 30 min they are open (cough* Chipotle cough*) so I appreciate the open to close great service! Will definitely be back.

We ordered today and I never have tried el pollo loco before , I ordered a chicken avocado taco and cheese quesadillas and I can’t remember that I ever tried any taco or cheese quesadilla that was that bad . My stomach was going to flip and I already regret eating it . The churros weren’t so bad though so that’s why I put one star otherwise they deserve zero.
