My grandkids wanted some sonic. so we stopped for lunch and pressed the button, waiting for a while due to it being a long line in drive thrown. Finally got to order, and the lady kept rushing us to order. They rush so much that they didn’t even get our order right. We ordered 2 chili chz fries and got 1 frie and 1 tote they didn’t even get all our drinks right and had to reorder because they rushed to fast. The lady adding food to my order that i didnt even ask for and when i told the carhop person ahe just said there is nothing we can do and gave us the food. I have never received so much attitude from someone so much just by trying to order food.

Last evening, I stopped to pick up some ice cream treats for the family. I had been out running errands for a while and needed to go to the restroom. I was shocked and disappointed when I was told the bathroom was no longer open for customers only employees. It had been open in the past. Asked for the bathroom key and was refused. And on top of that, the order was wrong and I was unable to get it corrected. The staff…we dealt with 3 of them…were so rude and acted as if getting a cup holder for multiple items was a great inconvenience.

This place is bad. The lady yelled at me at the drive thru. Bad customer service she was. She should be fired for her actions. She need better customer service training. Never going back there again. Dairy queen has more respect for me then her. Always bad service when I go there.

This particular sonic took nearly 30 minutes for our food to come out. then when we got it everyones food was messed up, except mine thankfully. we didnt get an apology for how long it took + i seen somebody leave after ordering just to show how long the wait is. the manager needs to hire more people..
