I love Arby’s for what it is. I love ordering on the app because of the deals and promos. I like being able to customize my toppings and order ahead. My only real caveat is that I have to go inside to pick up my online/app order. I want choices like McDonald’s. Call me spoiled but, I like choices. Especially as a mom I don’t want to leave my child in a hot car or drag them out of the car. Just to run in and grab a bag of food from the counter, when it can be handed through the window. I’ve skipped eating here because of this.

Ordered Beef n Cheddar. Was very good. Got cheese sticks that were actually hot but they didn’t say there wasn’t marinara sauce to dip them(not the same without it) we ordered shakes and again they were out of whip cream so we didn’t get that on our shakes and they didn’t tell us until they handed them to us. Everything tasted good. Just would like to be informed about not have expected ingredients.
