The owners is very warm! My wife and I have been there a few times now and it’s always a top contender for a date night. The walls of the restaurant are decorated with photos of the family that owns it. Pretty neat and authentic.

We had the bruschetta for an appetizer, and it was excellent with a fresh flavor and a good amount of garlic. We also ordered the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, which we didn’t care for, as well as it had too much red sauce overwhelming the mushrooms. The ceasar salad, as pictured, was a salad split, so more than enough salad between two guests. The penne alla vodka was great with a delicious sauce with the addition of ground sausage. The lobster ravioli was a less spicy version of the penne alla vodka, which is an excellent flavor profile. The last dish was the halibut acquapazza that had lemon and capers sauce, a nice option of protein and pasta. Overall, great service and good wines to complement the dishes.

Me and my husband came here with our kids for our first time ever because I have been wanting to go here for a while and we had bad service unfortunately and we felt like we where unwelcomed there which is sad when we finally got a menu after sitting at a table with nothing it was about 30 minutes or so then it took forever for a server to attend to us they kept walking right past us and I saw more than 1 server attending the same table that already had a server. We didn’t even know they offered anything other than beer and wine when I asked my server who kinda seemed irritated that I even asked, she said they had pepsi products so I got a pepsi when we got the bill I was honestly surprised the soda was 4$ I would of felt a little more comfortable with a soda price being 2.50 but our food tasted wonderful other than that more than likely not coming back. As a owner you should make sure your servers know what tables are their’s from the start before you even open not being organized is not a good look for a food place.

We are traveling cross country and have been to over 30 states… by far the best Italian we’ve had. Started with the Bruschetta, entree’s of Chicken Parmigiana, Carbonara and Gnocchi Gorgonzola and ended with the chocolate cake. AMAZING!! We will return again before we leave MT. Note: no pics of chicken parm or carbonara because we inhaled them before I remembered to take pics.

Wow!! The valley lacks variety of foods and tonight I wanted something different and I found this new restaurant called Bella Italia so my wife and I decided to give it a try and I give them 5 stars! It started at the door when we were greeted and we instantly felt at home, the server came over and she was so great and attentive to our needs even though she was very busy. Our salads came out quick and so did our calamari. That wasn’t the best part though it was when our food came out steaming hot and it was so tasty and fresh. Best food we have had in a long time. This family restaurant made us feel right at home and I suggest you give them a try you won’t be mad you did! Thank you Bella Italia.

Had a great experience! We have 3 little ones so a date is rare. Initially I was deterred by the negative reviews but so glad we went. The service was fast and friendly. No complaints, food was great and our server Jacob was top notch!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. You can truly tell the sauce is homemade with quality ingredients. We were visiting Montana on vacation but will definitely be back.

I was torn as to how to review this restaurant as there were some good things and some not so good. We were visiting from Canada and had decided to check this place out. Given that we did not have any reservations, we were seated fairly quickly which was a pleasant surprise. The first thing i noticed was that we were never offered anything to drink orher than water which i felt was odd. One of our party ordered a gluten free pasta dish as we were told by the hostess that they could accommodate her gluten allergy. When the food arrived, the “gluten free” pasta didn’t look right so we flagged down our server who looked into it. It turns out that there was only one order of that pasta left so it went to a larger table and they sent us the regular pasta. Another dish was ordered but took an abnormally long time to come out and we now had to leave. I explained the situation to the manager who turned out to not be the manager but the former owner. Our server told us that she would speak to the actual owner and hopefully remedy the situation. Ultimately, we ended up not having to pay for the two meals.
