I have two Dunkin’ Donuts much closer to where I live, but I go out of my way to go to this one because it’s the superior DD. They never mess up my order, my food and drinks are always consistently tasty, and the staff are always very nice.

I have tried numerous times to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance, but every single time my order is wrong or my sandwich is burn and they’re just plain nasty and rude. Not to mention no one in there knows what they’re doing. They’re always out of everything and they’re slow as can be, I’m gonna make sure I tell all my friends and family not to ever come here. We will go to the one on liberty Road instead, which is wonderful and clean and quick and the service there is superb the people they’re also amazingly friendly will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again I warn you do not go .

Other DD locations are much better, including the one right down the street. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and there’s always a problem. It just seems as though these employees don’t care. They’re slow, the order is wrong half the time, they run out of popular items really early in the day – much much earlier than other DD locations.

It is nice to have a new store in town and the wait certainly shows. The service is really fast and ordering on the App is a great thing. The Donuts taste different from years ago when they made them in house but they are still fresh. The coffee is very strong almost to the point it is bitter. Probably best to get a flavored drink to make it smoother. The parking lot is really rough in the Plaza so hold on to your drink tight when you leave.

I used to go to this Dunkin a few times a week 2019-2020, and it was a decent location. It had good service, friendly staff, good coffee and food. However, between 2021 – present, it has really gone downhill. The recent service is incredibly slow, the order is either wrong or just tastes bad (burnt coffee taste, stale, watery, etc.), and the displeasure of the staff is palpable. It’s gotten to the point that if I want a coffee, I avoid this location and will drive past it to go to other Dunkin location on Liberty Rd. (which is fantastic). It’s really sad to see this 4/5 location drop to a 1/5 and I avoided saying anything for awhile because I hoped they’d turn it around but, my order today was so bad I couldn’t drink it.
