The food is always great. The service at times is ok, depending on the staff at times sub-par. However, it is still not the worst location I’ve been in. I would make sure to keep all surfaces clean and make sure the cutlery area is fully stocked. We entered at a time when there was no line, just a couple in front of us indicating downtime. Never the less I digress our order was right, and the food was great as usual

Edited to add that I also saw the cashier put his bare hand in the trash can to push the trash down, then took the trash out and came back, never washing his hands. Place is a disaster. Food all over the dining area. Not a clean table to be found. Food all over the floors you can barely walk without falling. Counters are covered with food like they havent been cleaned in days and online orders are at a standstill and almost 30 minutes behind.

Go in for lunch order a side of cheese. They don’t even put the lid on all the way throw it in my bag to where it leaks all over my bag. Then I get to work to eat my lunch and then my whole bag is full of the cheese to wear my lunch. Ribs do the bag and then ends up on the floor this is a very bad place to get side items if it requires a lid.

Was ordering food and apparently a new employee gave me “too much cheese” and started to belittle the employee for doing so as they were “short on cheese” as I tried to comfort the new employee for being belittled in front of a full line, the Manager “David” probably not his real name, picks up my bowl in an angry episode and throws it in the trash can…….. can’t make this stuff up. As I was taking his picture he also gave me and my buddy the middle finger. The whole line was looking at this man in disbelief. Look at the camera and you will see the whole interaction. Super bizarre. I’ve never seen anything like it. We asked the employee who the manager was and, to my utter disbelief, they said it was him. After I asked the employee if they would make me another bowl, they cowardly expressed that “they couldn’t make it if “David” said not to.” I’ve never been so disrespected at a public establishment in my life. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I have a feeling he has done something like this before.

As with every other business in Norwood, this location is staffed by some of the most toxic and hostile crew I have ever seen. The food is undercooked, the diner is filthy, and the crew argue with each other and the customers.

The service there is not up to chipotle standards. They need to properly train them on how to not make a mess of the ingredients and throw them all over the counter and other ingredients into other ingredients. For instance I don’t like corn and love the sour cream, but the sour cream is always filled with corn because of how messy they are. They also need to get better at rolling their burritos like chipotle used to. It’s sad because we spend a lot of money there every week and expect better. Please fix your workers so our chipotle can go back to the way it should be.
