We had a lot of fun but was too pricey for the quality. The atmosphere was great, staff was very friendly cook was engaged with us. But the shrimp tasted like the lobster and the lobster tasted like the steak and the steak tasted like the rice, etc, etc. I did not have the sushi but my children did and they loved it and said would highly recommend it.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, and it was surprising slow. But very peaceful in a corner all to myself. I just ordered a couple rolls based on the wait staff’s recommendation, as I was having trouble narrowing it down because they had some unusual rolls. Maybe not the most amazing sushi I’ve ever had, but it was pretty good and definitely wouldn’t mind going back. Very prompt and courteous service.

We always love Shogun!! Our chef today was especially fun and interactive. We’ve only eaten hibachi so I’m sot sure about their sushi, but it always looks great when others order it. Highly recommend.

This place is great! My kids and family always feel welcome and thoroughly enjoy themselves when we are there. Customer service is top-notch. Never much of a wait time. The last time we were there, they were packed. They called in extra chefs and everyone was seated immediately. Highly recommend.

If you think this is good food, you have never left this county line. Worst “filet,” and i complained, remade it. Still bad steak. Shrimp over cooked. Manager didnt do anything to help ease us having a bad experience. Nope. Nothing. Bad food and bad customer service. Benihanas is obviously superior, but this place wasn’t even anywhere near to even compare. This place is a dumpster fire when you’re expecting good food.

Staff was friendly, service was somewhat quick. Waiter forgot an item twice. My chicken and shrimp hibachi came out warm instead of steaming hot…. It lacked flavor as well. Fried calamari came out hot and was delicious. Prices were on par with any other hibachi restaurant.

Went to dinner with a few others before a movie. We went two hours before the movie and barely made it on time. In part because the waitress took our order, and although they were similar, came out with missing items. She had to have told the manager because the manager came out, rudely pointed at a couple dishes and claimed that’s what we ordered. Well we did, but also other things the waitress didn’t relay to the kitchen. Not only did they miss some items but also charged us full price for their mistake. Which tells me they believed it was our fault. I won’t be back. Two stars because the food is good, the service is just horrible.
