This place is a gold mine in Greenbrier. The pulled pork is off the charts. Video review coming soon on jack on the ghost show on YouTube. I give you hem an A.

For 43$ I expected to have great customer service, not some punk with an attitude problem. Didn’t have any dipping sauces for chicken and no bread. Regretted giving them my monesly instead of into my truck so I could get something better.

HORRIBLE!!!!! We paid 30 for a family bbq meal for a 1 1/2 pounds of bbq and two large sides. We bring it home only to find a container of bbq that had 1 cup of bbq in it. I measured!! I maybe could have made a sandwich in a half. The biscuits were so hard we could bag them together and they sounded like a drum. So we call to see if they could give us an answer. The young lady on the phone explains that is their pound in a half portion and they are out of bbq ‍♀️ So apparently they gave us what they had and charged us full price. What In the world! Horrible food and customer service! My husband had to drive all the way back and the manager explained that’s exactly what the cooks must have did instead of saying “hey can we make something else” they let us drive all the way home to feed our family of five with 1 cup off bbq. The manager did offer to make something else once he drove back up there so there’s that.

We read some bad reviews of this place before coming but know that some people get caught up in the people that work there and not the actual food..that being said. I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately the food was less than appetizing. We got the chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese, pulled pork and mashed potatoes. Disappointed we spent the 13 dollars.

Have come 3 times, each time they where sold out of BBQ, sausage, and even chicken and potato wedges. They even forget items that I order and I have to go back into the store. Kids work here! I’m done with this restaurant.

Food has been disappointing 3 out of 4 times. I wanted to support the business for Greenbrier but probably won’t be back. The store is fine for what it is but the restaurant more than likely will be gone fairly soon.

Pork was dry. Had to ask for bbq sauce. Employee rolled eyes and acted like I was interrupting her day. Better food at walmart deli. Sadly.
