(edit after this inital review, went there again and had a totally different experience) Fast and freindly people working there. Made me a couple fresh pizzas. I got the $6 extra most bestest and they we’re really good. I think this may be the best value in pizzadom. They even cook it for you, unlike some other places that just give you a hunk of cold dough and toppings and send you on your way. And I’m pretty sure they won’t sue you if you legally buy one of their old delivery cars…

This place is very excellent! After exploring around this unique area which I just discovered, I was pretty tired out and wanted some lunch so I headed to Little Caesars. My experience was perfect the pizza was delicious and the customer service is top notch, the cashier was very friendly and always took orders in a professional manner. I ordered a extramostbestest pepperoni and some wings, I got them hot and ready just like their promise. You can obviously tell all of the employees work very hard to meet our expectations, the communication between them all is very understandable and they all knew what their job was it honestly impressed me. I gave them an extra tip for making my day and I would definitely recommend this place.

Today the manager said there were only 2 employees rather than the usual 5. He told one customer she would need to wait 30 minutes to do a pizza for her. The manager also told the other employee he should stop taking orders at the counter. I ordered online. And needed to wait in the store 20 minutes after the expected completion time. Apparently at least one employee needed to be dismissed. Would recommend the staff is provided training on how to handle such situations. Seemed to me that he needed additional support. I’ve never been to a fast food place where an employee was openly told to stop taking orders.

Took 45mins for a thin crust pepperoni pizza that is advertised Hot & Ready between 4pm-8pm. Placed order at 5:19pm didn’t receive order until 6:03 pm. Counter guy was doing his best alone definitely needed 2 clerks in front. Kitchen staff wasn’t working well as they were back talking and saying to stop yelling at them which he wasn’t.

Originally they were promoting the idea that they’ll have pizza is ready and you could just drive by and pick one up. However, now, they are suggesting that you use an online app to order ahead which doesn’t leave them very differentiated and the only reason I couldn’t go with five stars is because frankly the pizzas leave a little to be desired.

We haven’t been to Little Ceasars for a long time. This is the first time that we tried the crunchy thin crust pepperoni. For $6.49 it’s a decent size pizza and pretty tasty. We might order ahead next time. It still wasn’t a bad wait, though.

Check your orders before leaving. More than once we’ve either found out while we were there it once we got home that the orders were not always correct.

Hungry and tired after a very busy day, decided a Pizza was in order so I didn’t have to wait very long to eat. When we walked in it was fairly busy but we choose to wait. The Employee behind the counter (Pareon P. ) Explained that he was there alone and the wait could be as long as 15 min. And appoliged in advance.12 min. Later our order was ready, and again he said sorry for the wait, which was not even an issue, our order was hot, complete and presented very well. Very impressed by the Professional attitude of this young man. Will be returning frequently.
