Ordered food for three consecutive lunch meetings. First two catering boxes arrived without a hitch. The third and final catering box didn’t arrive as expected. Once it did arrive (30 minutes after I expected it to) the order was exactly as expected. Once I saw the receipt, I understood why it wasn’t delivered on time – the receipt showed a PM delivery time instead of an AM delivery time. THANK YOU to the staff members who put this order together and got it to my meeting within 15 minutes of the meeting start. Food was delicious and everyone was fed. 🙂

Normally never have a problem with any JJ establishment. This time at this location I ask for extra hot peppers on top of my already included hot peppers… Get home there is only 5 slices of pepper for the whole sandwich

Fast friendly service, I did think them to be overpriced and their bread was a little rubbery… flavor was okay, I could have served six with better on what I spent for two! And I believe their chips to be a bit high with sodium… I eat three chips and need a drink just after and between the remainder of the bag!

The person at the counter was helpful. Jimmy John’s is a good sandwich. The bread is always fresh. They use plenty of real mayonnaise so the sandwich is not dry.

I have NEVER seen an employee move so slow in my entire life. I felt like I was in the cartoon with the sloths running DMV. I wanted to get behind the counter and help wrap my sandwiches. Terrible.

Every single time I order for delivery I ask for easy ice on my drink and the cup is absolutely filled to the brim with ice and I get maybe 5 drinks of what I ordered and always pay for extra turkey and never get extra turkey. Was told I’d get credits on my online account after multiple things were missing at different times and that never happened. Really incredibly rude staff when I call and say things are missing or made incorrectly.

Bread. Hard bread sandwich. Yum? I never in my life thought a place could be worse than Subway. Subway sandwiches are gold compared to this. 1 measly slice of roast beef, I honestly couldn’t even taste it. I asked for cheese (which I didn’t get) and onions (which I didn’t get it) thank God they got mayo and lettuce on there. Worst sandwich EVER!! Go somewhere else.

Food was delivered fast, my Club Lulu tasted fresh (Turkey & Bacon) but it wasn’t anything special.. Over priced for what you get, 3.8 value rating. The layout of the website didn’t seem like they offered alot of toppings or sauce/seasoning options, and some were additional cost. My little cup of kicking ranch was an additional charge, since I couldn’t add it as a condiment. I’ll try it again, but it didn’t standout to me with all the other options in town.
