Been here a couple times and only had the Turkey tips which are pretty good and meaty but I tried the greens and they are horrible, gritty and over seasoned. Never tried any other sides and I’m afraid to.

I was in town for graduation at Moody Bible Institute. Sunday we worshiped at Rock of Ages BC in Maywood. Pumpkin’s Place is across the street – we decided to try it. The food was outstanding! The turkey tips, greens, candy yams, and BBQ chicken strips were amazing! The staff was super friendly also. Being from New Orleans, we’re not easily impressed. However, Pumpkin’s Place was a great find. I highly recommend this eatery to everyone. My family and I truly enjoyed it.

Call in food prepard when you get there. Great value for money. Jumbo wings with or without bbq sauce are great very good meaty rib tips very tender not chewy.

Despite their listed hours saying they close at 7pm they always close early. I went to place an order at 4:20pm and they had run out of food and refused to cook anymore. The food is great when you can actually get some but the service is horrible !

I have had more than one person to say the turkey tips are very good, tried them a few times in the lát 4 years. The are meaty and very tasty. I loved them. That is all I ate out of there., because people I know started getting sick. So I have stopped eating in there myself.
