It’s still a new place but my first experience was great. Staff was nice and the burgers are great. Just be prepared to spend $18-$24 for a meal for a single person. All in all it was a good experience. Nice to have something a little different in High Point!

I used to be a big fan of Five Guys. For several reasons I hadn’t been there in a couple of years. This was a take-out order. I was disappointed with the food, price & service. We had a bacon cheeseburger, small hamburger & medium fries – $28.50. It took 15 minutes (verified by the time stamp on the receipt) to get our food. The cook making the fries was way ahead of the cook making the hamburgers. So when we received our food, the fries were barely warm & lifeless. Not the delicious Five Guys fries I was anticipating. Maybe it was an off day, but for the time & money it was not worth it.

Today, I had the worst experience in this place..to begin the service was horrible.. hi was rushing and the place was empty.I order a hamburgers with jalapeños, pepper, mayo and ketchup with regular fries.. they mixes the fries with ketchup bags. then they hamburgers had no pepper or jalapeño. When I went and complain they were like don’t care attitude.

This location is so nice, clean and everyone is friendly. The food is great it is a bit expensive but it’s well worth it. I am pregnant and the bacon dog is one of my favorites right now. The food is delusions. 10 out 10 will always Recommend.
