This is the third time I’ve given this location a chance and it will be the last. I’ve gotten the worst looking food I’ve ever gotten from aTaco Bell and that’s saying A LOT! My Mexican pizza looked like I ordered it plain, barely any beans or ground beef inside, barely any cheese on top. half the Mexican pizza didn’t even have sauce or cheese on it. To top it off they forgot my cinnamon twists. It doesn’t take much thinking to work fast food believe me, I’ve done it in high school so either they don’t care, which means they have no integrity or someone is lacking in the brains Dept. I was looking forward to this location opening because there’s not much out this way, but I think I’ll stick to McDonald’s next-door.

After eating this, I had a ride straight to the moon. The explosion between my cheeks was powerful enough to send me through the roof into orbit at 834 mph. They gave me a parachute with my order for safety reasons. This is more an attraction than a fast food restaurant. This was an experience that I highly recommend. (Atmosphere is 0 starts because there was none where I went)

Ordered Volcano burritos. Got a rice only essentially burrito nothing like the order. Literally had these yesterday and look completely different. This is just one of many bad experiences at this taco bell with bad service and worse getting food orders right. Finally decided to hang this up and leave the review worthy of the experience since opening.

I’m glad I’m not the only one… I live in a neighborhood nearby this Taco Bell and Taco Bell is always a go to when I don’t have anything at home. They are slow, always messing up my orders and just downright rude. My “Cinnabon iced coffee tasted like dog water! It was luke warm and I swear it tasted like it was leftovers from the day before. its really disappointing because I love Taco Bell!

I went through the drive thru. They took 20 minutes JUST TO GET MY ORDER!!! They took my order and told me and A LOT of other people to drive around and park. They said they would bring out my food. The food took 25 minutes to come out. The problem was that they brought us the wrong food. 10 minutes later, I finally went in to see where my food was. I waited 5 more minutes to see it was sitting on a bench completely cold and disgusting. It was also still not right.

Didn’t even get an opportunity to order food, showed up at this location on a Sunday evening, and I know it was late, but when the sign provided by the corporate office clearly states dining room and hours of operation and you grab the door handle and it is locked it immediately created an emotion in me that the crew that evening was willing to shut down the showroom early on their own will. My wife said just go through the drive-thru, that was open for 2 more hours, but I was not willing to spend a penny with them and took my business elsewhere.

Worst Taco Bell around. These people that work there just don’t care about you, service or the food. I live in Liberty Hill and have been here 3 times. Joke is on me for thinking it would get better. The employees here just stare at you as if you ran there dog over. Shut this place down and make it something else and definitely fire the whole staff. This last time i just walked out of there because it was so ridiculous.
