My mom has problems chewing big pieces and we got the salad that the pieces of lettuce were so big and it had just clumps of ham and cheese not chopped up or anything on it and when we called them and told them they need to chop it up for older people they told us it wasn’t their problem

First time eating here. Didn’t know they had sandwiches. I got turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was great. The veggies were fresh and fulfilling and the meat was great. A very good combination. Good price for what we got too.

I was not impressed with what this restaurant has to offer. The sandwich was fine but not very big for the price. They do offer a variety of sides, but other than a bag of chips or a cookie they were very small portions. I also found their slaw dressing to be very sweet, however that could just be me. I did find the overall service to be very good. The employees were helpful and nice. But I probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

Very disappointed in the quality for the price paid. I have bought hams from this store for many years and it seems as if their quality has dropped off significantly. Honestly, cheap store bought ham sprinkled with brown sugar would yield the same results and save 50% $$$. Thick rubbery slices of salty brown sugar coated ham is what I got for $64. What happened to the decent quality ham you used to sell a few years ago? How is it you slice it so thick??? No more.

I ordered hot soup, and it was put in the fridge until I arrived. When I asked for a hot one, the employee Jay told me that he just put the soup in the fridge just before I arrived. This was obviously not true as the soup was ice cold and had separated in the fridge which doesn’t happen within 10 mins. It’s in a styrofoam container too, so I can’t even microwave it.

The food was good. But the customer service not so much. 4 people behind the counter and the didn’t even acknowledge me there. After a few minutes, I walked out to my car ready to leave. Decided to stay went back in and stood there again without being acknowledged For a few minutes. I wont be back.
