Save yourself the annoyance. DO NOT go here DO NOT order from here. I am 100% convinced this location needs a serious restaffing or a full shut down and total new management. If you order online or by any app be prepared for a full RICE burrito….get lucky if you get 1 bite that contains whatever meat you ordered. Definitely be prepared to have missing items on any online order. If you go in to the location…be prepared to NOT, get what you ask for and god forbid you ask for extra spoon full of anything cause they double charge you and act like it was a hassle to give proper customer service on what they have on their own menu…. just dont do it…SAVE YOURSELF. (Please note: this review comes after multiple opportunities of giving this place the benefit of the doubt)

Recently filled out an application with this location and I got a text saying to come by on the 25th and speak with Brandon. When I did he made me sit out in the lobby and wait for him for a “short minute” as he said but I was waiting for 40+ mins with no interview ever taking place. First, it’s VERY rare that I write a review this bad. Typically I’m a very positive person but I had to warn people of this place. My experience started off with only three people in front of me and it took me at least 20 minutes to get my food. They skimped on every single thing except for rice, giving me tiny portions even though I was very polite. The first lady tried to use the burnt tortilla to wrap the burrito, and after miserably, failing, called over the second lady and threw away part of the insides when she switched tortillas and failed at wrapping a burrito to make it look like a burrito. The chips they gave me were half stale and mostly broken too. I then went to wash my hands and the women’s bathroom was out of order and the only bathroom available didn’t have soap or hand sanitizer, how are people supposed to have clean hands? Do the employees even wash their hands if there’s no soap? Last but not least, after finally getting my food and sitting down to eat, it was the most bland chipotle I have ever had. It didn’t even taste like chipotle, just like plain rice, even though I had all the toppings. I would not recommend this chipotle to anyone.

Stopped by on my way home late at night. Super weird vibe from the employees. The food was as expected, nothing special. But idk – something about the place made it super weird. There was no one in the restaurant, they have a drive through only for pickups (what’s the point if the pickups are next to the front door?) parking is limited, and they are in a Walmart parking lot. And what a weird parking lot. Semis and parking barriers everywhere. Looks like a border crossing from Mexico looks like I’m the movies

I ordered a chicken bowl with side of chips and guacamole. I opened my bowl to find out that I got absolutely no chicken in it and was still charged extra for the guacamole I ordered. The employees need to pay more attention no matter what type of order it is. Absolutely ridiculous that I received no chicken and still got charged for the guacamole even though it should’ve been free with the veggie bowl that I got because of their mess up.

If you’re looking to get help with your diet go here. The server didn’t seem interested in giving me a full serving for any ingredient. How did they know I wasn’t super hungry? But if they are looking to raise profits just raise the price vs skimping on serving size. Here’s a shot of my 3/4 size serving.

I used to really enjoy chipotle. The ethical animal treatment and fresh ingredients made this a pleasant lunchtime bastion. Now, 2019, the tortillas are made of bread particulate and the ingredients list is boring and stale. I avoid the tortilla whenever possible and use the bowl option. The queso sauce is gritty and tastes more like masa than cheese. I guess it’s just not my kind of restaurant anymore.
