Greeted by Lauren served by Julie, both did a beautiful job. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. Food was AMAZING, in house bread with olive oil, shrimp scampi, salad. Appetizers were shrimp and calamari, desert in house cannoli. Peter was SUPER nice and fun! Great personality all of them! Pics say it all, the only reason there is anything to show is because I tapped out! To full!

I held a private event on the patio last evening and everything was absolutely fantastic! I went into the planning on very short notice with having never been there/never eaten there and I can’t thank all the wonderful staff enough for making the event so festive and fun!

We’ve visited four times and were very pleased. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere comfortable and enjoyable (although I’d suggest mixing up the old-fashioned Italian music occasionally), and the food is good, although a bit too much sauce on the entrees. Their salads and bread are AWESOME. Come with an appetite because you will leave stuffed. Some have claimed that it’s pricey but we didn’t find that to be the case. No more expensive than any other high-quality restaurant. Thrilled to finally find a nice place to eat on the eastern side of town.

If you enjoy spending an hour and a half waiting for expensive, mediocre food with poor service, this is the place for you. In reading prior reviews, it seems that they generally keep a decent rating. So, perhaps last night was an off night for them, but my husband and I both agreed that it was the worst meal we’ve had.

I have celiac disease, so immediately my options are limited at an Italian restaurant. There were a couple of options I could freely choose, but the one had been discontinued (was still on the menu) and the other was sold out. The waitress was very patient and answered our questions as we tried to find something I should eat and she wasn’t afraid to ask for assistance. She did give a suggestion for a dish. The dish as it was I did not like it. But with a less tart sauce or even without sauce just adding salt or garlic salt would be much better

We went to San Marzano’s and were very happy with the service, food, atmosphere and ambiance. The owner took great care of us and was very personable. The meatballs were the best that I have had and we went back and brought friends with us and they were happy with their meal. I am sure that we will be back often. Thank you for such a wonderful place to have dinner.

Food and service were very good, but I would only recommend it if it’s for a special occasion/date night/etc. Got the Diavolo and it had a bit of a bite to it compared to the other “spicy” dishes around town.

Staff was good. Atmosphere was great…lets get to the food…unbelievably bad. No seasoning. Tastes like it came from a can. Alfredo sauce was milky. No garlic. No seasoning. The main ingredient was missing. Chicken Parm was not seasoned. Tasted like water. Shrimp and calamari bland. Batter had no flavor. So bland it took away from flavor of shrimp. I will say the bruschetta was amazing. But Very disappointed. Will not eat there ever again.

We waited a while on our entrees. When they finally arrived my husbands meal was cold. We asked our server to take it back to reheat it. She told us that there had been a mix up with our order, that’s why it was cold and that she would take care of it. They did reheat it, but after this it was inedible, the pasta was overcooked, and the chicken was rubbery. When we asked to have it taken off our bill, they would only give us off half of the price and offered us a dessert. Though we appreciated the offer, I believe that if the restaurant messed up the meal it should have been taken care of. We will not be going back and will not be recommending this place to our Cheat Lake friends
