the ambience is an A, the lobster beef birber was tasty and fresh. truffle fries ruined by a sandy crumb topping. Other lunch mates food was a D, arrived cold and over seasoned to being unpalatable. the bar looks cool. expect a hefty price tag. next time ill just go for a drink, skip the food. good luck to the owner! the STAFF was super nice and young.

Craft cocktails were great. Service was good with the exception of a couple timing issues: entree came without the sides, after dinner drinks came 1 at a time with like 5m in-between. Burrata appetizer was amazing. The filet was well seasoned and cooked. The pork chop was a little under and the lacking a little crust, but overall tasty, and the veggies it came with were delicious. Overall 4/5, pretty expensive for the portions. The dining room has no view, sit on the Route 15 side (bar or dining room alcove) for the best outdoor views.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing design. We have been coming to this part of jersey for many years. As often visitors of NYC and the amazing restaurants they have in the city, this definitely competes with them. I am blown away with the delicious tastes and presentation. So happy we have this kind of restaurant in this area now.

We were really excited to try this place. The atmosphere is really nice, we were seated inside, but near the outdoor patio which was open. Everything is decorated beautifully. We ordered a few different things, oysters and borrata as appetizers. The oysters were not good. Sandy, gritty and fishy. The borrata was good, but very plain. We also had scallops and a pasta dish. The pasta was undercooked and really had no flavor. The scallops were good, nothing overwhelming though. We did try a few signature cocktails which were very good – however for the pricing we were not overly impressed. We might try again, but probably not.

The restaurant has interesting decor and great atmosphere, but the food was horrible and service was subpar. The waitress was friendly, but clearly inexperienced and did not check in on our table. Usually that would not bother me, but we had issues with every item we ordered.

If you want to have an amazing atmosphere with food that tastes great and looks like art then you will love Industry. Despite other reviews stating it is over priced I really felt like you get what you pay for; which was quality. The price meets the expectations your looking for. Our waitress explained the menu very well going through each cut of meat and how it was aged. Highly recommend this spot and if you love S’mores you need to try the mini s’mores pops dessert, along with the black truffle focaccia which was the best focaccia I’ve ever tasted. For my entree I had the seared Ahi Tuna which is served rare. It was out of this world!

Dined in for Easter, place fairly empty service was slow! Drinks took forever. I would categorize this place as “rich people burgers”. Food was not worth for a large dollar. Found the menu has changed and was not informed until waitress was taking order.

Yes it’s expensive but it is worth the money. It’s obvious that the prices reflect excellent, fresh ingredients. Hats off to the chef who doesn’t rely on over seasoning. My branzino was cooked to perfection and its flavor shone through. And the beautiful plating is a feast for the eyes. We were there on a quiet Monday afternoon, but the expansive space would accommodate a busy night without feeling cramped. Love the decor, especially the chandeliers.

Had a wonderful meal and cocktails at Industry this weekend. Not really sure why the negative reviews were necessary. Everybody’s food was thoroughly enjoyed (FYI entree about $40), the drinks were excellent and our server Kait was top notch. To top it all off, the shared cheesecake and tres leches were the best. Kait even took us for a tour of the what the future downstairs speakeasy and cigar room after our meal. If I had one dig, the dining room was very loud. The private spaces looked pretty cool too. Recommend.
