Who ever is making the food must be the same person in all the 1 star reviews. Pan pizza is nice on the bottom but soggy on the top. Way to much sauce and no consistency. And dont order the cheezy bread any special way because u wont get it right either.

Update: Looks like they fixed the problem I had in my original review below. Today’s order shows I earned my rewards points. The message about the prepaid tip needing to be $10 or more is gone. It may have just been a bug in their system or someone’s joke. I’ll never know and all is good with them again.

Ordered a couple pizzas online for pick up. I went to the store to pick my order up which came to $50.74. My two pizzas, bread bites, cinnamon twist and chicken pasta were already made which was nice. I proceeded to pay with a $100 dollar bill. The worker said they don’t accept those bills. Now, my order was over half of what I was using to pay. I would understand if all I bought was a soda or something inexpensive but my order was over $50.00 dollars so I don’t see the problem. It would’ve taken around 20-30 minutes to drive to a store to break the bill in half and the food would’ve sat under a heat lamp the whole time. I decided to decline the order because they wouldn’t accept my payment and I had no other option on me at the time. I understand having a policy stating they don’t accept $100.00 bills for security reasons but the employee was really rude and lacked customer service skills so it wasn’t a difficult decision to turn around and leave. Customer Service is a lost art. Won’t be going back to this location again. Dominos on Madison Ave close to Greenback Ave.

Just picked up a pizza for my son and it’s 90% Alfredo sauce with almost no cheese. Everything is sliding all over the place. We ended up taking a few bites and throwing the rest away. Complete waste of money and time. Awful

This location is hit or miss. There have been times it was been excellent other times it has been ok or things have been forgotten. Tonight the loaded chicken was so dry and burned. It seemed like someone ordered it and didn’t pick it up, so they threw it back in the oven to warm it up again. I have ordered the loaded pineapple jalapeno chicken and it has always been good. Not tonight.

I decided to give this place a second try and I regret it! Ordered pasta and the top picture was the first pasta I got. Went back in to complain that there wasn’t any pasta in it and you can see the bottom of the tray. And they remade it and the bottom tray was the remake. There isn’t really anymore in the remake. I won’t be going to this place. That’s a joke

Waited almost 2 hours for oyr order. Wouldn’t have minded if the order was correct. One of the pizzas was cold, the other had spots with absolutely no cheese at all, the mango habenero sandwhich had no mango habanero sauce, and since they didn’t have any 20oz sodas they decided that instead of calling and asking what we would like to do they just substituted with a 2 liter soda. The substitution would have been fine if they hadn’t still charged us the price for the 4 smaller sodas which cost more than a 2 liter.
