Been ordering at this pizza hut location for over a decade, it’s been very good so far. When they make a mistake with my order they will remake it or give me a refund. Food its always fresh. And delivery people are friendly. Only bad part is when i order for carry out is always kind of dirty outside the building with trash. And there is homeless people sleeping on their building area making the environment unsafe. I hope management takes care of that. Other than that is a hgood place to order pizza hut!!

Most of the time, 71st and Pecos is good when I go pick up a pizza. I use the app to order. The last time, they somehow lost the order. They didn’t realize it for 10 minutes while I waited, saying they were a little behind. Finally, they said it was not in the oven and would have to start it. I requested and got a free cheese bread as compensation for 25 minutes of waiting. At least the pizza is good and the people there are always friendly.

I gave up on Pizza Hut about a year ago cuz there was always something missing or wrong with my order but I finally gave it another shot at this location and my food came out perfect there was a little wait after my set pick up time but the guy was friendly and gave me a heads up and my food was hot and fresh 10/10

Over an hour for 2 pizzas. Not looking forward to when they get here cause I’m sure they will be cold. Guy on the phone was nice and I understand it was probably busy but they should inform you on the website it’s gonna be an hour wait not 25 minutes.

The staff was rude. Granted they probably were busy however they have no decorum and no real idea of what customer service is. I ended up not ordering due to the customer service or lack thereof. I mean it was like they weren’t even kind to each other. One lady was barking orders that everyone like she was like their mother or auntie or something It was just really a bad experience.

I ordered carry-out. Better experience, in my opinion. 10 minutes after I ordered, pizza was ready. Ppl seem to have issues with delivery. My pizza was great! 10.99 Large 3-topping carry out. 4 stars instead of 5 because they used light cheese in some pieces.
