Third time in 3 weeks 1 went through the drive thru and something was wrong with my order. 2 times there was no cheese for the 3 way and once I asked for extra crackers and got NO crackers. Defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru when you have to drive back around the building and go in to get the items you should have gotten. This afternoon I went and obviously no one knows NOT to put a Chili deluxe burrito on its side. I have contacted the corporate office about this . See the picture below of my burrito. My husbands 3 way was also sideways at some point because the bag was full of the liquid from the chili. The bags of crackers which I was surprised I even got were covered in the liquid from the chili and I had to clean them off before I could open them. I guess from now on I will just have to go in to order Carry out since I always end up going in anyway

This seems to be more of a corporate owned store. Staff far less personable than favored location down the road a few miles, hours seem to close earlier, and food quality served never seems same as favored location. Quite frankly we never go to this location any longer, just went to store next door and it popped up on my Google review..

I live close by, and my family loves skyline. We eat it all the time. This particular skyline can’t seem to get an order right at the drive thru. I wouldn’t complain about getting an order wrong once in a while, but this store gets my order wrong every single time. Wrong sizes, missing items, I never get my onions, and it’s literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sorry guys, not coming here anymore.

The place was packed, but they had a lot of staff. E had a very brief wait before there was a clean table. The food took a little while to arrive. Efficient and sweet, the server worked hard. Always tasty, the sauce made by Skyline is the perfect pairing for conies or noodles.

I came in tonight 20mins before closing (not realizing it at first), but I was politely greeted and my order was taken without hesitation. When I realized they closed at 8 I mentioned it to the waitress Brittany and she said “no worries, take your time”. As I sat there a few more people walked in, a couple walking in even 5mins before closing (probably like me didn’t read the temporary sign) but again they were politely greeted and their orders taken. All employees were polite and seemed to be hard working, noone was rude that they were most likely going to have to stay late to clear out their lobby. Skyline is one of my favorite places to grab a last minute dinner and this location was great… Thanks to the closing waitress Brittany and her team!
