I have ordered Dominos every day this week. Delivered without a problem, but suddenly today they canceled my order and told me they don’t deliver to my area. When I told them there has been a mistake the manager got rude and lied to me about the district changes. Very unprofessional, very ridiculous. Lost a loyal customer.

This Dominos literally never disappoints. They get our order right every time, deliver on time, and their curbside pickup is good too. The location is clean and the staff is nice. If I had to say one not so good thing, it would be that I haven’t been a lucky winner or anything free yet ha ha.

The lady manager could NOT have been more rude! Our pizza and cheese bread were doughy. She refused to give us all the refund for these, called me a liar, said we were not worth her time. I called back to get her name. She refused to give it to me, said she did not care if we call corporate, and said don’t call my store again. Back when I was a manager of a hotel we would have been fired for such behavior. She has this attitude and you be loosing a lot more customers. We will be calling corporate and you just lost two long term customers!!

The food’s delish. But I ordered online and I didn’t get my drink but it showed it on the online receipt, but apparently it didn’t show on their screens. Then I called and the woman who delivered my order was rude with me over the phone and insisted I never ordered a drink, while I was looking at the order online.

I’ve remained a Domino’s customer for years and so far I used to love it. But it’s time to change my mind. I ordered a carry out # 2115 with premium chicken this evening. Eveverything was right except it had no chicken in it when unboxed at home. I know it happens sometimes but kindly put a little more focus. Good luck.
