Walked around Marietta Square on a Sunday afternoon and decided to go in because they had live music and a pretty good menu selection. We sat at the bar and were quickly greeted. Since it was such a nice day out, it was busy inside and out. It took a while before for the menu. We ordered the Canton Cooler and Raspberry Caipirinha for drinks and their Bread Pudding for dessert. Our drinks were ok but we enjoyed the bread pudding. It was comforting. The bread held up well and the addition of strawberries as a topping made it feel summery. Looking forward to returning so we can try the mussels!

Enjoyed our meal here. Was very busy which is a great sign. Staff was having a hard time keeping up. We had at least 4 people rotating serving us. It was hard to get the attention of a server. Nice selection of food choices on the menu. Our food was good as well. We will go back.

Made reservations for two on a Saturday. When we arrived you could hear the live music the moment we stepped near the entrance. The atmosphere inside had a nice ambiance. Warm dim lighting. We were greeted with even warmer smiles. The service was phenomenal, they took good care of us and the food and drinks were bursting with flavor. But what really makes this experience memorable was that I took my girlfriend there to celebrate her getting her masters degree. I excused myself from our table and found our waitress away from the table and asked if she could bring out dessert after we were done with our meal with a candle, sorta as a surprise. They went far and beyond. Not only did they bring it out but everyone was made aware of my request and everyone congratulated her in a subtle way at our table and as we were heading out the door. I could tell it made her feel special and that’s what it was all about. Thank you guys for being so awesome and kind. Will be returning.

Really love the vibe of this place. It’s an interesting combination of warm, welcoming, modern, and a bit of a sports bar feel. There is a nice, big bar at the front on the left when you walk in. Up the ramp to the back is where all the seating is. It was clean and bright. Our waiter was friendly, good sense of humor, but got a little overwhelmed and had to be prompted to get our main entrees. The food was very good, save for the special which was shrimp tacos. My date said they were flavorless. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed our experience. A lovely date location with great food. I would definitely go back.

I went to L on North for a business dinner and was so impressed by the atmosphere of the upper floor and service that was provided. The options for appetizers, entrees and desserts were all wonderful and the chance to sample them all gave me a great experience. If you are looking for a casual spot with an upscale feel I would recommend L on North!

Came here and sat at the bar for apps and drinks and definitely wasn’t disappointed! We ordered the bang bang shrimp and veal meatballs, and they were phenomenal. Jake the bartender was great, and makes a mean in house margarita. Loved the bourbon selection, and even though the layout is really awkward we weren’t staying. We liked everything we got and will be back!

Great place for a date! I had the salmon which was a tad bit overcooked but well seasoned and ragu/smashed purple potatoes were delicious. My date had shrimp pasta which he said was delish! Our waitress Sarah was attentive and delightful. There was a gentleman singing up front when we left. Sounded nice!
