In town for work & stopped here for lunch. Everything is freshly made and piping hot. I got a half panini and chicken noodle soup. The broth in the soup was absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We were headed to Vail for some spring break skiing. After being snowed in Nebraska and I-80 closed for the night, we had an early morning drive through the rolling hills of both Nebraska and Colorado, down on route 34. Stopped in Akron to grab coffee and breakfast and Cornerstone Coffee was such a pleasant surprise! A quaint little spot, well toasted paninis, homemade jalapeño biscuits, scrambled eggs, excellent latte, all served with a warm smile. True Colorado hospitality 🙂
