Food is good and service is fast and friendly! Came here after trying to go to Bob Evans and waited for I’m not sure how long and when I didn’t see anyone moving toward seating folks I left. The girl behind the counter there just looked st Mr but didn’t move. This is the second time that has happened at that Bob Evans. They need new management perhaps? I won’t go back to that Bob Evans again but anytime I’m in Jackson I will just go to long John silvers!

Had to pull off to the side for order. Decided to go in. The restaurant wasn’t very clean, and I still had to wait a while for food. Fish was very greasy. I’m not sure why their fish at most location is greasy. I had to use napkins to squeeze the grease. I wish they would resolve this problem.

Website and door says open until 9 PM. Gentlemen met me at the door at 8:30 PM and says diner closes at 8PM. I am food service as well with 26 years of experience…For the manager of this establishment…you should really take a look at your staff!!

It’s hit or miss here. Either over cooked and so hard you can’t eat it or shrimp is like rubber because it’s cooked too long. I don’t know if owners doesn’t care as long as there is a profit or what. Some updates and repairs need to be done. The entry door has had issues for months and you have to enter through the exit. Always loved this place as a kid because we didn’t come often but it was always so good. Now not so much!

We have got the family bundles every so often for years and I’ve never had a complaint. They once gave me a coupon for a free meal for my wait, but like I expected to wait for the family bundle and I love that it’s fresh.
