Went to the drive thru today & ordered 3 items but only got 2. Didn’t realize it until I got home that my cinnamon twists were not in the bag. Thankfully I asked for my receipt because it’s not given freely/willingly when you pay. And yes, I tried calling the number on the receipt and get the answering machine/fax machine. It’s sad that this is the service given at the majority of the Taco Bell locations

I came to this location on 07/09/2023. They only had two people in store, drive thru had a line and the two staff still catered the front guest and drive thru. When I received my food, I checked the bags. It was actually hot, portioned correctly with nothing forgotten. Even families with large orders food were correct. Soon as the order was place we received our drinks or freeze. Those two brought our food with smiling faces and actually said thank you, enjoy your day. I’ll definitely come back if I see them there.

This Taco Bell is quick and it’s a plus that it’s located right next to the theatre. Food was amazing and I always get the same thing. All the employees were quick and kind. Had Brynaeja as my cashier and she was super nice!!!

Ordered on the app to pick up from drive thru but with the busy lunch hour, line was so long so I got down… I saw maybe 3 workers and they were all busy but stopped to help me… they were all friendly and food was good.

When I pulled up, the lights outside were not on I was a little nervous about rolling down my window to begin with when I got to the speaker to order my food. It was a few minutes before someone came to the speaker. So I rolled around to the window. They asked me to go back around and order my food. At this point I’ve spent so much time trying to do that everything else was closed so I had no choice but to order, and of course, the food was just thrown in the bag. I actually hate taco bell but it’s the only restaurant open late aside from whataburger but their line is too long (i wonder why?) i have NEVER been there after 1am without them straight up telling me their “computers are down and they’re unable to take any orders” lmao these people just play on their phones all night instead of working. If I could give zero stars I would. Management and staff were rude. My order was wrong and myself and boyfriend went inside to just get a full refund. We asked to speak with a manger-Latasha(The general manager) Asia (assistant manger) not sure which one we spoke with because nobody was wearing a name tag. We explained to her how we wanted a refund due to the order being wrong. We got 9 tacos instead of the 12 we paid for and us having to back up from the window in drive thru to wait for our food. Manager was not polite and cut us off as we are explain to her why we wanted the refund to tell us there was 12 tacos. At this point we shouldn’t be going back and forth like we did with her due to her mess up of not being able to count correctly after we counted them twice to be sure. She got mad and threw the food on the floor and we had to wait 20 minutes just for her to give us our refund.

I just got my food around 8:30 PM (sunday 2/5/2023) and I want to mention a few things. The food was good, and the person who took our order through the microphone was very nice. The young man at the window to take payment and deliver the food 0 out of 5. No greeting when we pulled up to the window after I said “hi how’s it going”. No thank you when I handed him my card, and then when he gave my card back I said “thank you” and he just stared at us.

Maybe this location needs to shutdown. Very little meat in tacos about 1/2 teaspoon. Forgot the quesadilla in the oven was very dried out. This isn’t the first time this has happened with my food. Can’t call them because fax picks up.
