Every single time I come here, I either get the wrong order, burnt food, coffee that is wrong, the people taking my order are awfully rude. At the window, the girl is usually emotionless and very unwelcoming which makes me uncomfortable. Get better workers or start teaching your employees better customer service. I refuse to come here anymore. Today, my sandwich was BURNT to a crisp, couldn’t even bite it and the bacon was sooo peppery, I couldn’t finish it. I tried giving this place a few chances, but nah.

Scorched the latte bad… Not the best Dunkin but around here you’re out of luck. The inside of the place is a welcome sight for sore eyes from the surrounding area though. Bathroom is decent and honestly the surrounding area is so haggard that i didn’t want to leave the restaurant.. lol

Something about country people that makes them a little more laid back and easy to get along with. I tend to push my limits with most people in a playful manner. It lightens the stressful surroundings that some people get when working in places that involve interactions with many different people. Workers at this location were easy going and not abrupt to do their work but at the same time they were very professionally focused on fulfilling the service of their jobs as expected in a very professional manner.

Since late October 2022, we have gone to several Dunkin locations in the Pocono and Slatebelt area. Their coffee is always fresh and piping hot. We also love their delicious variety of donuts, wraps, bagels, and their variety of breakfast snack items. I love their small stuffed bagel bites, too. Just enough to satisfy my breakfast cravings.

We use to go here a lot! It is convenient.Not anymore, we keep thinking when we go it Will get better. But, it doesn’t. The coffee, the lattes, are lukewarm at best. We’ve already gotten a plain coffee when it should have been lattes. And ,we’ve gotten the wrong change a few times! So now we are definitely going to Starbucks because it is worth the trip.
