Delivery driver was very rude and went off on me because I didn’t have cash. I really can’t believe he was that disrespectful and unprofessional because HE didn’t have the credit card machine. I always pays with my card when food is delivered from them. I’ve been ordering from them for over five years and never had this issue. I won’t ever order again. I always spend $40 and up with them for me and my kids food when I order. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered my food online for delivery at 7:10 pm, my delivery time was 8:10 no food so I called at 8:30pm the lady said it was on the way so I waited until 9:09 no food and so I call back the lady said it’s on the way at 9:18 still no food remind you they close at 10:00 so I called back at 10:12 and 10:14 no answer and it is 10:30 still no food SMMFH!

The best Chinese restaurant ever! I have been a consistent customer because no other place comes close. The staff is welcoming to guests who are unfamiliar with the menu, and they usually always include free eggrolls with purchases over $10! I’ll give them some leeway with their delivery delays because they have excellent prices and coupons and receive many deliveries. However, it’s worthwhile because the cuisine is fantastic.

This place has really gone down hill with food and customer service. I ordered online through the website 20 minutes before I arrived. My food wasn’t ready and they couldn’t find my order. When they finally located it, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. Just got home and the food is basically inedible. The rice is extremely bland, chicken bland as well and they skimped on the chicken and sauce. Even my favorite the crab sticks are greasy and unseasoned. Only thing edible is the egg roll. $16 gone down the drain. I won’t be back.
