went through the drive through and ordered all of my food the girl tells me the total so i pull around to the first window, and then she proceeds to tell me that they lost my order… they were rude and were not willing to fix my order as in if it was my fault that they lost my order so I definitely would not recommend this mcdonald’s to anyone.

Was there for a child’s bday party. It was on a wknd and the drive-thru was busy. M wife went to get 2 shakes and a burger for my granddaughter. She ordered & paid and the burger came right away and was set on the counter on a tray. I came up to see what was taking so long, she stood there 20mins before someone came back to the front and asked if they needed something else. She replied yes, our shakes we ordered. The person brought 2 shakes and my granddaughter took a quick sip and it was the wrong flavor. So they brought the correct flavor finally and left the other on the counter where another customer took it with his order. Long story short, they were more attentive to the drive-thru than the counter. They appeared to be short of staff or busier outside than they could handle.

They’ve got two drive up windows. placed my order, pay for it at the first window. Then they proceeded to have me park and wait for my meal. Which took almost 30 minutes to receive. The only reason they park you is because it makes their wait time better.

We had some coupons to use so came here and had pretty good experience! Had a 20 piece chicken nugget and they were all fresh enough for me to consume and I’m picky. They weren’t straight out of the fryer but they weren’t rubber like they usually are. The fries were really good and the play place is awesome! My 4-year-old really liked the tables that are interactive, there’s one that plays games in the play place but it didn’t seem to be working properly, but there’s another out in the other dining room that lights up and she had a blast changing the colors.

I was using the app from my phone. This was the 2nd time it hasn’t worked correctly. I know it’s not the cashier’s fault, but I’m losing money on my orders. Large fries were supposed to be free. The order is being paid thru the app. So it pays the incorrect amounts each time. May stop using the APP!!
