All I can say is WOW NEVER EAT HERE!!!! You will get sick the place is so dirty!! There are no clean tables and the people are so rude!! I can’t believe Ft. Myers Beach owns this place and is proud of it!! It also took 45 minutes for the worst food to be served!! What a shame!! They really need new management and I don’t know how they keep their doors open!

Only reason i could not rate DQ here higher is because of bathroom. They are making allot of money long lines constantly. Why not take care of the bathrooms? DQ blizzards were great like always. Very kid friendly and just few steps away from the beach. Parking is always tough in this area.

Visited last week and there was sand and water in the store, even worse, I couldn’t find any workers within the store! However, I was able to find some fish on my own which was terribly delicious, which is why I give 4 stars!

By far the worst, grossest and customer service ignorant location I’ve ever been too. The staff was unpleasant and un-engaging. Barely saying hello, the two men that were staffing this location were dirty looking, with sweaty hats and just looked in general unclean. The guy that handled the money did not wash his hands and then made our cones. Paying for a med dipped cone, he presented a baby sized one that was dripping both ice cream and the coating down the sides and over his hands. The second guy was no better Ana they forgot to hand us what we thought should be a thick milkshake, however it was more like a heavy cream or milk. The location itself was dirty and had no handles to open the men’s bathroom door. I would never revisit this location as it’s probably the worst restaurant I’ve ever been into. Even when considering outdoor vendors or fast food trucks, and that I’ve travelled to places like China, mostly any other place I’ve been too serving food was nicer and cleaner in nature. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this location and Dairy Queen Corp should be addressing this franchise because it looks terrible on them too.

DO BETTER DQ!!! The cleanliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired! No one uses gloves and not a hair net in sight! The cashier not only handles cash with dirty, bare hands but also touches the top of your cup as well as the lid. There is a musty smell that permiates the air and the place is generally filthy. Our order was completely wrong; wrong sandwiches, no fries and the bacon that we didn’t order…smelled spoiled. On a positive note, the ice is very cold and it’s steps from the beach.

We ordered the Bryce Harper’s meal. It didn’t have a price. So I was very surprised to pay $18.19. (FRIES, DBL Flamebgr,small cookie dough). Inflation is one think but this is rip off. This combo anywhere else is $13.00 If I knew the price I would have never ordered.
